Domestic (Malaysia) :
1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 3-5 working days (WM) and 6-9 working days (EM) from the date of shipment.
2. Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Thursday daily except for national public holidays.
3. Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.
4. In the event of a delay in the delivery, we would recommend self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info. We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Delivery Fees:
West Malaysia
Purchase above RM200, Free delivery within West Malaysia.
Purchase below RM200, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8 for purchase of goods below 3kg (additional RM3 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
East Malaysia
Purchase above RM300 free delivery within East Malaysia.
Purchase below RM300, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM16 for purchase of goods below 1 kg (additional RM16 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
